Excellent service and well looked by the staff. Only tried the starters and dessert, so I can't really recommend how all the dishes are like. But the grill options and cheesecake were tantalisingly good! Nice deco inside for taking pictures

Me and my family a group of 13 people went down. We booked a table beforehand as we were a large group. There were plenty of parking space, we parked on the side road for free. Our table was reserved for us, so no waiting time. which was great! The service was excellent and the food came out altogether, nice and quick with no issues whatsoever. The food was piping hot which was perfect and really tasty. We enjoyed especially the burgers, the lamb biryani, the beef curry and all grilled food which was 10/10. Mocktails were on point, looked amazing as well as taste, for the value. The atmosphere was amazing too, perfect for families with kids, ideally for all. The restaurant is so spacious and beautiful. They also do have shisha lounge at the back. This place is very welcoming with friendly staffs. Me and my family would highly recommend this place and we would definitely visit again. We had a lovely experience at Ombre Grill & Lounge. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had booked in advance, so we were seated straight away when we arrived, which was really convenient. There’s a great variety of dishes on the menu, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Our food was served quite quickly and was presented very nicely. I ordered the loaded chicken parmesan, which was decent overall, but the cheese was a little rubbery, which let it down slightly for me. The restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere, is very family friendly, and works well for large groups and special occasions. Overall, a really good dining experience and definitely worth a visit!

We went to ombre for my sons 5th birthday, the food was amazing, tasted very delicious with many options on the menu. The staff were amazing and had great customer service, they created an amazing atmosphere and had an amazing vibe, very family friendly, spending time wishing my son a happy birthday and making him feel really special. Will definitely be coming back.

Visited th restaurant with my wife and 4 children. Fantastic service from Riz. Food was great, atmosphere was brilliant & not too overwhelming like other lounges. They had family area away from shisha which was great. Staff were very attentive. 10/10. Unfortunately didn’t get a photo of the food but did drinks.

Amazing authentic food with genuine friendly staff! Arrived without a booking at a busy time and were seated immediately without any wait time. Was taken through the menu by very knowledgeable staff and were given time to decide what to order without being rushed. We ordered a variety of dishes each item was divine! All flavours were unique to Ombré and the steak sauce (naga) was definitely different and complimented the “special” Sirloin steak very well as did the special chips. The creamy mash had a velvety texture and was liked by both adults and kids. The dynamite prawns were not your average ones - came with a light crispy batter with the sauce on the side rather than drenched - much preferred. The staff made a special order of chops without spice for the children who loved them so much so that we ordered a second portion - cooked to perfection (medium) and melted in the mouth. The lamb tawa - was pleasantly surprised with how fresh and flavourful this was and was very different to your average curry. Must try beverage - Strawberry Lemonade Just truly blown away by the whole experience: food, service, prices and hospitality. Very generous owner who went above and beyond to satisfy its customers with a service with a smile and hot fresh food, all at a great price - this is an example of how a food business should be. Regularly visit Birmingham from Cardiff and this has to be the best restaurant we have tasted to date. Every single dish was 10/10 bursting with flavour and reviews dont lie. Cosy atmosphere with an excellent service from the lovely staff. Definitely try if your in the area.
